How to fix cPanel “Invalid License File” Error

 

  1. To verify there is a valid license for your cPanel installation visit http://verify.cpanel.net/
  2. Enter your server’s IP address and click the Verify License button. The status of your license will appear.

If your server’s IP matches the license, proceed with the steps below, otherwise contact your license issuer.

      3. Login via SSH as root on the server

      4. Run the following script

/usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt
